Rapid Sort Second Brain

I built this template because I needed to add ideas fast and wanted them to be categorized without much additional effort.

From the ground up, it has one large database called "inbox". This inbox can be added as a widget on your phone so you can add anything to it quickly and easily.

The inbox database exists across every home base. In the "Home" page you will see everything that exists within the inbox. In the "Business" page you will only see what exists in the inbox as applied to business. In the "Personal" page you will only see what exists in the inbox as applied to business.

The Personal and Business "streams" (my term for their database) are then divided further into "Areas".

You can add as many areas as you would like. I left a few of my own in the template to give you some ideas.

Within each area you will find the projects specific to that area. If it's an area with no projects then you will find a "Quick Search" section instead.

At the beginning to each home base (Home, Business, Personal, Areas) you will find the inbox database along with just about every view you could need (To Organize, Inbox, Notes, Journals, Resources, Blogs, Videos, Shorts, Tasks, Books, Archive, and All).

The "To Organize" view has different rules in each different home base. It is meant to act as a catch-all for items you added in a hurry but did not have the time to add Stream, Area(s), or tags. This allows you to organize your information later when you have more time.

In the "Projects" section in your areas I opted for Kanban boards so you can track the progress of your projects from start to completion. I write, film, and code websites so those are the views of inbox which currently exist. You can change them as according to your needs.

There is also a "Must Do" Section at the bottom of the two streams and Home page so you can be aware of your most pressing assignments.

Last but not least, it is also designed with privacy in mind. If you are working with a team and want them to access your business page in its entirety then you can lock the views in that page and share it with them . This way, they won't be able to access your home or personal pages. This could also be done within specific areas as well.
