Daily Journal, Mood Chart, and Gratitude Log

This template is a simple way to journal daily, track your mood, and practice gratitude for each month!

This Notion page features:
1. A Journal to write down anything you would like for the day in table view. (Some ideas: What you accomplished that day, things you want to remember about the day, what you can do better in the future/learn from.)
2. The Mood Chart has a "Moods Felt Today" multi-select feature, an "Overall, Good or Bad?" question, and a "Notes" section for each day.
3. The Gratitude Log has 3 different prompts for you to answer, "Person, Place, and Thing" and an "Other" category.
4. Instead of having 3 different pages/logs, I've combined them all into 1 if you prefer that instead!
5. Lastly, an Archive to put your pages at the end of the month if you wish to save them to look back on.
